PAPA WAS A ROLLING STONE.  

We moved around. A lot. The oldest of eight kids, I grew up in 12 cities across a large swath of North America. Those peripatetic years taught me two valuable lessons:  Celebrate the temporary and travel light. 

 

YOU CAN’T HURRY LOVE.   

First time on the boards was a college production of Twelfth Night (Malvolio). It was love alright, but sometimes “you just have to wait.” 

 

DIARY OF A MADMAN. 

After 30 years as an ad agency writer/producer/creative director, I reconnected with that first love.

GLAD ALL OVER.   

In Chicago, in St. Louis, across the fruited plain and across the pond, it's always a pleasure and a privilege to be creating and working.

AFTER MIDNIGHT.

I write. And rewrite. Stories, scripts, screenplays, articles, poetry and songs. My work’s appeared in literary journals, travel journals, The Wall Street Journal and a couple of my songs got a very nice reception at the 2016 U.K. International Songwriting Competition. It’s fun - and it keeps me off the streets.
