Award-Winning Script Is Poised for Production

A warm and poignant father/son story, the INSEPARABLE script has been a favorite

during the recent festival season, earning “Best Short Script” awards at the Nashville

Independent Filmmakers Festival and the San Diego International Film Awards.

Additionally, I’m proud, honored – and still a bit dumbstruck – sharing the news that

INSEPARABLE has been selected as a Finalist in Final Draft’s 2026 “Big Break

Screenwriting Contest.” One of the industry’s most highly respected screenplay

competitions, for over two decades “Big Break” has been celebrating emerging

filmmakers, helping to advance their careers and shining a bright light on the very best feature film, TV and short film scripts from around the world. With over 13,000 total submissions this year, 142 are now “Short Film Finalists.” It suffices to say INSEPARABLE is in good company. Jury evaluation continues. Grand Prize winners will be announced in December.

Fully funded and currently in pre-production, INSEPARABLE is scheduled to shoot in

December 2026.
